Parents see their children’s urge to exercise endangered by computers and cell phones. Studies have shown how important physical activity, sleep and playtime are for childrens development. Children’s engagement with certain types of digital devices, such as smartphones and television has increased over the decade. Online, children and young people are constantly active and therefore do too little sport and exercise. Movement is innate to us and therefore self-evident, and important at all ages.
